This is where we begin. In 90 minutes we get honest about where you are, what’s not working, and what real change actually looks like for you. You’ll leave with a clear map — specific, personal, and built around your life. Not a pep talk. A plan.

Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including the free 30-minute introductory Zoom call. While the introduction session is free, a $30 fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. For all paid services, late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid these charges.
