I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and have called Florida home for many years.

 

Faith and church were a big part of my childhood (and I genuinely loved it), but even as a little girl, I experienced the world a little differently. I felt things deeply, had vivid dreams, and sometimes simply knew things without knowing why.

 

As I got older—and especially after becoming a mother—I began questioning what I had inherited, what I truly believed, and what I wanted to carry forward.

 

What beliefs have I inherited—and what do I choose to carry forward?

 

I didn’t know it then, but that question would eventually become a big part of my work.

 

Before this, I spent more than 20 years as a hairstylist. People brought me much more than their hair. They brought relationships, family problems, heartbreak, dreams, secrets, and some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

 

I loved those conversations. And over time, I realized I wasn’t only listening. I was sensing, noticing, and sometimes knowing things I couldn’t quite explain.

 

Today, I call that part of myself intuitive guidance.

 

For me, intuition is another way of listening. Sometimes I may feel, sense, notice, or know something beyond what has been said.

 

I don’t offer psychic readings or promise messages. I simply allow my intuition to be part of the conversation. If something comes through during our work that feels relevant, I’ll ask your permission before sharing it.

 

But intuition wasn’t enough for me. I wanted practical tools, too. That led me to become a Certified Life Coach. Then I discovered Family Constellations, and something clicked.

 

Constellation work gave me a visual way to explore the relationships, beliefs, patterns, and stories that can move through families—and also the strength, resilience, love, and gifts worth carrying forward.

 

Today, I’m a Family Constellation Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, and Intuitive Guide.

 

When you sit with me, we talk. We explore. We may use Family Constellations to see something from a different perspective. Some conversations are practical. Some are spiritual. Most are a little bit of both.

 

At the heart of it, I’m doing what I’ve always loved: sitting with people, listening to their stories, and helping them see what they may not have been able to see before.
