Family Constellations is an experiential method that helps make hidden dynamics, loyalties, and patterns more visible—often across generations. Using simple wooden figures, we create a visual representation of your system so you can see what may be difficult to recognize from inside the story, gain a new perspective, and explore your own choices.

Every family is a system.
You were born into a family that already had a story before you arrived.
Parents. Grandparents. Siblings. Love. Loss. Divorce. Secrets. Sacrifices. Ways of surviving that may have been passed down.
And sometimes, without realizing it, we find ourselves repeating or carrying parts of that story.
Once you see it, you get to choose what stays and what you carry forward.
