We check in, we measure, we adjust. Every follow-up session picks up where we left off — tracking your progress, breaking through what’s blocking you, and deciding your next move. This is where consistency yields fruit.

Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments, including the free 30-minute introductory Zoom call. While the introduction session is free, a $30 fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. For all paid services, late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid these charges.
